"My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Toronto was very disappointing. The hotel appeared to have only one working elevator, and during my stay someone even got stuck in it. I had to wait in the lobby for the elevator to be fixed just so I could go back up, get my suitcases, and check out. When I finally left, the elevator almost got stuck again, so I quickly got off on the 9th floor with my suitcases and took the stairs down because it felt unsafe. It was stressful, inconvenient, and not what you expect from a hotel experience. "
