Initially I was on the third floor in a room facing the roof but I asked to move after noticing the lock was missing from the window. Access could have been gained by anyone else in a 3rd floor "rooftop garden" room. I moved to a 2nd floor room facing the railroad tracks which was noticeably noisier but I have to say the earplugs provided by the hotel do work!"
