「This was a comfortable place to stay for the night on our trip to Rapid City. There were good restaurants and beautiful views to enjoy. The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast offered.」

「Hotel and staff were fantastic. Breakfast the next day was horrible. Almost out of food and what they did have they continued to run out of repeatedly and didn’t keep up with the service needs of guests.」

「The property was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did t give 5 stars because there is no elevator so carrying luggage upstairs is tricky. Also, there were a few areas that needed repairs but they were minimal.」

「Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above...
