「It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

「Very friendly staff」

「Room appearance looked decent however found bugs, tv had sound but no picture. Loud from 95 traffic and doors slamming. They also do not return your deposit for days. I stayed on thursday night and did not receive deposit back yet todays Wednesday and still waiting and was no damage」

「I stayed in rm 114.I only saw two issues with the room.1 The building is cleary in need of a remodeling there were so many dents and issues with the paint throughout the room.2, The tv didn't work ,it came on and you could hear it but it looked there was a issues with the cable box.Other than that Everything was pretty comfortable.」

「The first room I was given on the second floor was horrible! It smelled bad. There were blood spots on the walls. It was dirty. Carpet was dirty. It was a mess. I really went downstairs and the attendant gave me another room on the first floor that was much better.」

「Everything was amazing I just count connect to the wifi」

「This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!」

「Amazing place after a long day at Kings Dominion.」

We were celebrating our 25th so splurged and rented a two room suite. The hotel is charming but lacks the luxury you might find spending the same amount elsewhere.
