"Overall a good experience and would stay again. Gave it 4/5 stars due to details being over looked with service and our room that for the cost and status of the resort, I dont feel like they should be over looked. Details that, IMO, goes back to management's hiring and training of the staff. Overall loved our trip. Would come back. Appreciated the convenience of everything in on spot."

"The resort was beautiful. Big, grand feel. Beautiful mountain views from restaurants and rooms. Nicely landscaped. In a nice mountain neighborhood with old homes with character. Several restaurants. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and well worth the $35. Every bite was delicious. The pool and hot tubs in the spa could only be used by spa guests and guests that paid $200 per day to use them. There was another outdoor pool, but it was so far away, I couldn't even see it from the hotel. The concierge suggested taking a shuttle to the pool. At these nightly prices, a pool and hot tub for all guests is expected. The guest room walls were paper thin in the Sammons annex. I could hear conversations next door and could even hear someone hiccuping, so you felt as though you couldn't talk about anything private (or do anything else) because your neighbor would hear every word."

"The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful fragrance. If they had that in a bottle I would have bought some! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was feeling a bit sick at my stomach from all the travel and they had some Tums for sale! Score! Comfortable bed, spotless room. I felt the price was reasonable, except for the parking garage across the street. Would stay again."
