「I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one. Other hotels in the same vicinity and they looked nice and inviting. When I pulled up to the RRI I realized I was in the one hotel in the area that is in need of a major renovation. I...

「The air conditioning was excellent. The man at front desk was great!!! The property was safe, and clean. I would stay again for sure!!! 」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「Like: The towels were clean. Air conditioner was great. Plenty of soap and TP. Front desk people were great and polite and helpful. Dislike: Room was damaged from dogs and age. Sink backed up from other rooms. Facial hair in the sink that I do not have were in mine in the morning 2 days . Floor in the bath was not cleaned, room service is every other day. Smell of marijuana being smoked everywhere. Some tenets seem to live there for extended periods of time」
