The room needed a little TLC, as there were a couple of things that were broken in the bathroom, but I made it work. Overall, he hotel was in pretty good shape. The property was clean and conveniently located to everything from food to shopping to entertainment, this hotel is within walking distance to EVERYTHING, including transportation. The price was very reasonable for NYC and the staff were amazing.
I had a great experience and will definitely be booking my next stay in NYC at Candlewood Suites Times Square!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was super small. No kiosk to scan barcode at although my email stated they had one so I had to wait in line to check in. A bit noisy in the morning. Enough to wake me out my sleep.
