We called ahead to enquire about how to get to the hotel and from then on it was smooth sailing all the way. All arrangements was made for the taxi to the ferry, the pick up to the hotel. The rooms were so clean and very spacious. had all the amenities and more expected. The staff were very nice to us all and welcomed us with dates, honey and olive oil. Extra heating and breakfast was very rich. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Otelde iki çift olarak iki gün konakladık.. konumu merkezi sayılır, yürüme mesafesinde market, fırın, restoranlar mevcut. Otel bir bahçe içinde , bahçesi biraz bakımsız, çok fazla sivrisinek vardı. Odalar beklediğimizden küçüktü, fotoğraflarda banyo ve tuvaletin oda içinde yerleştirilmiş şekilde olduğunu görmüştük sürpriz olmadı ancak kapıların aralıklı ve transparan olması çok uygun değildi. Odalardan birinde klima arızalıydı, söylenilmesine rağmen geçiştirildi.. diğer oda da 2. Gün sıcak su yoktu, yetkiliye ilettiğimizde ‘ nasıl olsa gidioyorsunuz’ gibi bir tavır içindeydi.. Kahvaltısı vasat, yetersiz, lezzetsiz.. doymak için hamur işine yüklenmeniz gerekiyor.. boş nutella kavanozu iki gün gidip geldi.. çıkarken bize zeytinyağı hediye ettiler, bir yandan da 10 puan vermemiz konusunda hatırlatma yaptılar..

Dunkles Zimmer an stark befahrener Straße

Wir waren bereits mehrfach auf dieser schönen Insel, dieses Mal hatten wir das Pech und haben uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen für Hotel Macedon entschieden. Wir sind in einem kleinen, dunklen Zimmer direkt an der Straße untergebracht worden, mit dem Hinweis, unsere Sachen nicht auszupacken, da wir am nächsten Tag in ein besseres Zimmer umziehen sollten. Dieses von der Mutter des Besitzers angepriesene Zimmer stellte sich als noch unschöner und dunkler mit einem Durchgangsbalkon Richtung Pool heraus. Nach Ankündigung einer schlechten Bewertung durften wir in unserem kleinen, dunklen Domizil bleiben. Wir haben uns rundum in unserem Urlaub nicht wohlgefühlt. Auch das Frühstück am Pool unter einem Verschlag mit Plastikplanen entsprach nicht den Erwartungen durch die vorherigen, ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen. Einzig der frisch gepresste Saft ist positiv zu erwähnen. Die Auswahl war sehr übersichtlich. Das Publikum besteht größtenteils aus bulgarischen und rumänischen Urlaubern. Die Nasszellen bilden keinen separaten Raum sondern werden lediglich durch eine farbige Glaswand vom Schlafzimmer getrennt und lassen somit keine Privatsphäre zu.
