「We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.」

「I had to switch rooms because the first room was filthy. Owner was fine to deal with. New room was marginally cleaner. Overall, I will never go back.」

「Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family...
