"The room was so clean, updated and had all little toiletries you could need. The staff was so attentive with answering questions, helping with luggage and holding our luggage while we did a tour. Air conditioning worked amazing so much we couldn’t even keep it on the coldest, which is what I love because other hotels we’ve stayed at the hotel sucked! Breakfast was to DIE for, one of the best parts. It was delicious with fruit smoothies, egg stand, fruit, pastries & much much more!"

"As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free WiFi and breakfast. The WiFi worked great, and the breakfast was decent, with a beautiful mountain view. The area was walkable and felt safe, with several restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed for one night and that was long enough."

"Nice rooms and good location. Overall a quiet hotel except for a few quests one night slamming doors until I went out to confront them. Breakfast ok, but would be nice to have yogurt. Also, change of sheets after 2/3 days would be nice. Overall, I would stay again. "

"Our room was one of the nicer ones and had a great view. The bed was comfy and there were a selection of pillows. It was on the 4th floor however and no elevator, so be prepared for that"
