"The hotel is good and the front desk staff were very helpful. The decor is a little dated, but the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The only disappointment that I had was the discrimination by the liquor shop staff against foreign visitors trying to get a drink. The property owners should remove the family running this off license as they are rude (especially the women owner) and make it impossible to get a liquor license. I would recommend foreign visitors to chose a different hotel...

"Obviously the online rating is a forgery. The hotel is nowhere near the 9 stars. I had terrible experience with WI-FI & when I would call receptionist the call wouldn’t connect as the intercom wouldn’t work, so I had to go down to get somebody who accepted that I was not provided with correct password! Overwhelmed with all this, when I asked if I can get refund for next days stay as I would like to move out, I was told flat NO! "
