「Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! 「We had a great time at Rhulani, with the most unique feature we enjoyed being the Tsembo Hide. The Luxury Private Chalet was a good size for my husband and I and our our two children. The heated plunge pool was an hit with our kids. Our chalet did run out of hot water quite quickly, so keep this in mind if you’re hoping for a long outdoor shower!
