"We arrived in the early evening and as we made the booking online there was no need to complete the normal registration process. The first impressions of the facility was welcoming and the resort appeared to be comfortable and very relaxing. The staff was very welcoming. We were showed to our room which was located near the reception area. Upon reaching the room we first noticed a musky odor coming from the room, the smell of a room that has been very damp but not allowed to air out and dry...
