「I had a lovely few nights’ stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is modern and comfortable. The room was compact, but perfect for me as a solo traveller, it had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and the neighborhood was walkable and located near subway. I would stay again!」

「Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome...

「We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.」
