"Great location within dripping springs! Overall clean hotel and friendly staff! Hottub wasn't working and the fitness facility was a mess. Treadmills didn't work, lights didn't work, not water cups or cleaning supplies. "

"This hotel was comfortable, clean and the rooms were a good size. It is a bit farther from my son's home than expected so I will continue to look for the right location when I visit his family. I did have two suggestions. Neither ice machine I tried had ice. My TV, mysteriously, failed to have sound on the Fox News channel - the picture was there, but no audio. All the other channels of that kind (CNN, MSNBC, etc.) had sound. I don't know if that was a function of their cable service or not, but it was an irritation for me."

"Older property but very clean room and solid breakfast. Location near an intersection but rooms are shielded and away from street, so no noise. Easy location for visits to Pedernales State Park, Johnson estate and wineries along 290. Not fancy but seems family friendly."
