Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Check in was at 2pm, got here afterwards and there was no key in the lockbox as the cleaner took it and it was a struggle trying to track it down while having to sit in the lobby and wait for an extended period of time. The entire flat smelled like wet dog throughout and there were large clumps off dog hair everywhere, absolutely disgusting. The bedding is filthy also and stains on the sheets, The toilet is leaking and the shower heads are corroded in filth and I could not tell you the last time they were cleaned. Even the towels they provided had a nasty stench and odor and smelled like dog. Most likely likely the cleaner put air fresheners everywhere to try and mask the smell, but I am not sure if we are more nauseated from the smell or that or the wet dog. I had contacted Celeste management and they wanted to send a cleaner out late at night and I instructed them it was too late at night. Honestly, would just like a refund at this point and most likely will not even stay the duration of our stay here since this place is filthy and disgusting.
