「Clean rooms and infrastructure. The staff made it a wonderful experience. Amel and David were exceptional in ensuring everything went well. The rooftop lounge was a good touch. The kitchen was also responsive. The only issue was that the keycard to the elevator was unreliable and never worked. I had to rely on getting help most of my stay. I hope this can be resolved. Lovely hotel in the heart of Surulere. 」

「Booked two rooms for 2 nights, the executive rooms looks clean but it was right below the loud generators. Customer service is decent and the hotel is very safe security wise. The lack of adequate parking leaves a lot to be desired and their free breakfast must be eaten in the restaurant or you pay 500 Naira to have it brought up to the room not to forget the poor WIFI. Overall the staff were excellent and the hotel remains one of the decent ones in the area.」

「The room was nothing like what was advertised. It wasnt clean. The walls were moldy. If you like mold, then this is the spot for you. As soon as I walked into the room, I knew it was a red flag, but I had no other choice, as all the hotels were sold out on Christmas Eve. I woke up coughing up mucus; I was afraid the mold had affected me. My voice was groggy. I asked to be checked out and for the remainder of my payment to be refunded to me, but they refused. 「I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation. The swimming pool was dirty, WiFi was suspiciously down throughout my stay and some water pipes had broken, leaving constant drips on the stairwell and in the first room i was given.
