「Large size rooms, located in a place where you see more locals than tourists. Very relaxed atmosphere. Only downside i have is that the rooms are not sound proof at all so you can hear everything from footsteps outside to your neighbours. Lots of friendly cats around the hotel and the staff are so friendly. Felt at peace. 」

When I was checking out, the man at reception offered for me to stay and leave my bags in the room and was happy for me to relax in the room well after checkout and when I was ready to leave for the airport. 「Staff was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. I could rent a motorbike from them for 250 baht per 24 hrs. Pool was great to have. Once the road at that main intersection is fixed, I'm sure the stay would be easier. I used it as a point to go to different parts of island. Kata beach was nice. Patong was crazy..oversaturated with stores and tourists. The roads along beach and to Big buddha were winding and with uphills and downhills. Be safe. Oh...and right down the street...
