"Wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Parking space was ample."

"Amazing hotel that’s close to everything in Vicenza. Air conditioning and the swimming pool were an added bonus. Not an issue, but the rooms don’t have microwaves. Breakfast was delicious every day of our stay!"

"Lovely stay for family of court. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities including the spa services were particularly good. Having the part indoor pool connected to the outside pool was good when it was extremely hot. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced too."

"A little bit outdated hotel but it did have all we needed, secluded areas,very quiet and you can actually use all facilities at the other 2 hotel buildings, we only had breakfast included wich could be little better but overall we where really happy for what we paid for that hotel in July speciall thanks to the receptionist at night ,they were very nice and helpful"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest satisfaction. We especially appreciated how they handled our concerns during the rest of our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made a positive difference. Thank you for your hospitality. We wish the entire team continued success."
