"We booked a stop over on the way back to Calais. Hotel in an area off the main roads so we booked it. It didn’t tell us on Expedia that the hotel was also a casino!!! There were a lot of people smoking outside in cars and in the carpark and directly outside the entrance to the hotel. so was a bit intimidating. However check in was efficient and staff were polite.
Bedrooms had been cleaned but not sure how long ago, as everything needed a good dust. Shower did the job. We didn’t use any hotel...
