El reglamento del hotel indica que es un hotel de descanso y prohíbe el ruido por la noche sin embargo prenden un motor muy ruidoso que después de un par de solicitudes lograron apagar. No sirve para descansar. Las paredes son extremadamente delgadas y se escucha todo, los muebles y decoración están muy descuidadas, las toallas de baño manchadas y rotas. Todo muy sucio, no pusieron jabón de manos hasta el segundo día, no hay cortinas aislantes de luz y toda la noche se prende una luz por sensor que no deja dormir. Dentro de promedio de costos no es tan barato para lo descuidado que está, no lo recomiendo, no volvería.

Está muy cerca del centro,muy limpio y amables, lo malo es todo se escucha de otras habitaciones, nos tocó que se durmiera gente en los camastros muy raro por que venían enfiestados y nosotros éramos familia por los que verlos amanecer ahí enfrente de nuestra habitación fue raro. Y los jacuzzi sólo servía uno.

El trato del personal del hotel me pareció excelente, sin embargo creo que hay algunos aspectos de las amenidades que se pueden mejorar. Yo reservé una suite y el precio obviamente es más caro que una habitación regular, sin embargo en la suite ni siquiera servía el aire acondicionado y tuve que pedir personalmente me cambiaran las toallas y me repusieran el jabon porque durante la limpieza no lo hicieron. Además de eso el hotel es muy bello y tranquilo.

Las habitaciones con suciedad en cortinas, sillones, muebles en pesimo estado no cuenta con aire acondicionado solo abanico de piso. Los baños sucios y las tapas de los mismos inservibles, no realizaron cambio de toallas dejaron las mismas,LA ALBERCA SUCIA, el estacionamiento sin mantenimiento, no lo recomiendo

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, si quieres subir el tepoz está perfecto, tiene estacionamiento, es bonito…. pero fue horrible dormir, no descansamos nada, la cama con cualquier mínimo movimiento sonaba muchísimo, como de que estaba apunto de quebrarse la madera o estaba mal armada, también hay mucha luz en la noche, en pasillos, en fachada, en calle y las cortinas dejan pasar mucha luz nunca tienes algo de obscuridad… al bañarnos no regresamos la tapa de la coladera en la regadera, salimos y al regreso nos tocó todo el olor a drenaje, cambien a coladeras con trampa de olores para no tener que tocar la tapa o preocuparte por eso….
