En las todos todo se ve muy bonito. Pero la realidad es que las camas están horribles y son muy duras. Así mismo las almohadas de la peor calidad en el mercado. Las sábanas también. Las cortinas no funcionan pues entra toda la luz y hay un gallinero abajo que entra tod el ruido. La peor esperiencia jamás vivida ! No vayan !

Las instalaciones están descuidadas, las fotos en la aplicación de expedía muy bonitas pero la realidad es todo lo contrario Aún cuando en expedía seleccionas la opción de pagar en la propiedad, la gente del hotel te contacta para pedir el pago anticipado, diciendo que sino pagas no respetan tu reservación y que están teniendo una alta demanda, cuando llega al hotel, completamente vacío Las recepcionistas son despotas y te contestan de mala gana, sobre todo si las interrumpes en sus pláticas en su celular, hasta que terminan de mandar sus mensajes, te atienden La chica que atiende en el restaurante y la chica que asea las habitaciones, excelentes personas, llenas de amabilidad y buen vibra Nada recomendable

lamentablemente no pudimos ir al hotel por una enfermedad de mi hijo de último momento. Nos comunicamos con Uds para solicitar la cancelación o posposición del viaje pero el hotel (según la información que Uds me notificaron) no estuvo dispuesto a hacer concesión alguna. Me indigna la intransigencia y la imposibilidad de negociar, así como tambien la imposibilidad de hablar con personal del hotel en forma directa. No me gusta perder el dinero que tanto esfuerzo me cuesta, pero más me indigna la imposibilidad de no poder dialogar con alguien con poder de decisión para plantear mi problema

La habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones, papel de baño a medio usar caines del baño rotos y lleno de humedad, pedimos un cobertor y tardaron horas en buscar otro, desayuno solo había pocos platillos para desayunar y los frijoles refritos secos deshechos, queríamos cenar la cocina alas 5:30 ya había cerrado queríamos tomar algo solo había tres botellas casi vacías, de solo vodka. Malhumor y bacardi. El servicio bueno equis sin resolver sin ayuda extra por hacerlo mejor, el jardín y alberca bien cuidados eso sí La cama rechinaba horrible tanto que en la noche escuchamos de dos cuartos actividad sexualmente por lo fatal que están las camas Los controles de la tele sin tapa Dos botellas de agua sin vaso no kleenex no hay plancha pero si un bureo feo y msltratado El baño en la noche olía horrible a caño El precio algo alto para lo que es Nos comentan que cambiaron de dueño que solo había 10 personas de servicio no hay personal para recibir el auto nadie ayuda con las maletas La verdad es la tercera que vamos a ese hotel porque antes estaba súper bonito y bien cuidado Esta vez fue la última porque vimos otros de igual o mejor ubicación de igual precio mucho más limpios y de mayor calidad Fue terrible todo

El personal del hotel, empezando por Sandra en Reservaciones que es nefasta, está mucho más preocupado en explicar todas las reglas del hotel que en resolver o atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. No escuchan, no son amables ni te hacen sentir bienvenido, más como que te están haciendo el favor de recibirte. La habitación amplia y limpia (por eso 2 estrellas), pero el mobiliario se ve viejo y descuidado. El mueble de baño está listo para la basura. Hay un pequeño servibar viejo que hace muchísimo ruido, lo desconectamos para poder dormir. La sobrecama está manchada, igual que la tela de los sillones. Una de las sombrillas de la alberca se está deshaciendo, todo el fondo de la alberca tiene mosaicos rotos. Basureros rotos en los pasillos. Lo más impresionante de este hotel es cómo han logrado cobrar tarifas exorbitantes, como si fuera un gran hotel, cuando en realidad es francamente mediocre. Si hubiésemos pagado muy poco, pues te saca del apuro pero con esas tarifas, es un robo. No me volveré a quedar ahí ni se lo recomiendo a nadie. Busca otra opción!

La ubicación del hotel es buena; sin embargo, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas. El baño tenía mal olor y el mecanismo de la regadera no funcionaba correctamente. La señal de la televisión nunca funcionó y el teléfono ni siquiera encendía. Estuvimos en la Master Suite y, al llenar la tina y activar el sistema de hidromasaje, salió suciedad, por lo que tuvimos que vaciarla. Además, las cortinas tenían hongos, y los muebles eran viejos y de baja calidad. Aunque las áreas exteriores están en buen estado, la alberca estaba helada y sin calefacción. El servicio del personal fue lo más rescatable, pero claramente no tienen la capacidad de resolver todas estas áreas de oportunidad. Espero que puedan mejorar, ya que considero que el hotel tiene mucho potencial y realmente podría valer la pena si estuviera en buenas condiciones. En relación costo-beneficio, actualmente me parece muy caro y, por lo mismo, no volvería.
