The staff were polite and efficient the rooms We're clean and nice The gardens were beautiful but the maintenance of the Of the steps to our room we're in poor condition so bad in fact that I had a fall because they were not illuminated and the tiles of the steps were broken I smashed my face into the glass injured my foot and broke my glasses

I’m disappointed with this property because it has so much potential to be great. One can easily tell that owners haven’t been investing money back into the property. I am very unsatisfied with the ‘suite’ that I booked, it was more than twice the price of a regular room and only advantage it truly had was more square feet. The bathroom was horrendous, it was smaller than my guest bathroom at my house, poor water pressure, dirty towels (dried blood), dirty and damaged shelving. The room also had a very humid smell when entering, the smell where you wish you could turn on AC for a few hours to get rid of it but they only had a fan. TV didn’t work. Rack in the closet nearly collapsed when I hung my clothes on it. No bottled water. Only 2 small pillows on a king sized bed. Had to walk up stairs above the reception to enter the suite. Pool was very dirty when we arrived. In the end, I regretted buying the suite and wish I chose a normal room. As a hotel to rent for a place to keep your things and sleep, it’s fine. Just don’t stay here if you want to enjoy it he hotel property and spend your time there.

Nos encanto la habitación y diseño totalmente con una vista panorámica super comodo y moderno. El hotel esta a menos de 10 min caminando al centro de Tepoztlan. Nos recibieron excelente además te dan un desayuno completo por la mañana. Gracias

El lugar está en la entrada a Tepoztlán pero no tiene letrero visible afuera por lo que no es fácil de ubicarla, la dirección en waze manda a otro lugar. El acceso al estacionamiento es muy complicado, caben pocos coches y está llena de muros por lo que tienes que ser súper hábil en la manejada (cuando llegamos no había valet pero al día siguiente si). No servía su terminal entonces tuvimos que pagar por transferencia. La habitación que nos tocó está justo atrás de un terreno en el que guardan camiones por lo que había mucho ruido y aunque se cerraron las cortinas, se veía por todos lados porque las habitaciones parecen vitrinas. El desayuno rico y suficiente. Creo que hay mejores opciones por ese precio.

No es una propiedad barata pague 2900 por una sola noche y no había estacionamiento que lo iban a llevar a otro estacionamiento, se escucha todo en las paredes. No hubo agua caliente para bañarnos!! Fatal no regreso nunca
