El espacio suficiente para 4 personas que quieren pasar una noche y ahorrando dinero. Lo incomodo fue primero la humedad de la habitación, con ventanas abiertas se soluciona, pero una gotera que caía a un pequeño invernadero nos despertó, de tal manera que para dormir tuvimos que cerrar la ventana y lo hicimos con audio, luego de tomar el sueño volvimos a despertar por un par de personas que a las puertas de la habitación tienen donde tomar un cafe o te pero sus voces eran como si hablaran dentro de la habitación. quizás otra ubicación hubiese sido perfecta, pero para 4 personas es lo que toca.

Supera lo conocido en precio y calidad
He viajado bastante y quedé gratamente sorprendido con la propuesta : Concerpto "minimalista", pequeñas y muy cómodas habitaciones de app 10 m2, pero tan inteligentemente dispuestos, que no se necesita nada más, con baño privado , sin TV. Zonas ecteriores para fumadores, trabajo on line, Un gran espacio compartido en el 2o piso en que se puede cocinar, completamente alajado, cocinas, refrigeradores, isla para cocinar , 2 lavaplatos y muchas mesas para comer BARATISIMO nada se enientra en Chile con tan bajos valores Concepto universitario eutopeo Al lado un restaurant que da 10% de decuento a los usuarios del hotel Abierto hasta las 22 hrs

Excelente precio/calidad, cercano a bares y restaurantes, pero lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad y el excelente servicio brindado desde el momento de la reserva hasta el check out. Totalmente recomendado
