The rooms were just very hit and humid for the summer I would give a 4.5 if I could. But great location from hospital and very clean.

Location and on-site amenities were good. Only downside was the construction on the entrance of the hotel. We stayed on the top floor and it was noisy. The bathroom was also very outdated and shower was not very clean.

for then name Hilton, i would think the property would be a little more pristine. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and there were paint drips touchups that look like they were not done with 100% care. It was a good hotel, but the small things do get noticed.

Wonderful staff, but hotel needs TLC. Show ran (not dripped) no -stop. Fixtures hanging off the wall (ex. Shampoo dispenser in shower). Exposed, unfinished woodwork and electrical under bedside counter. Sheetrock issues in bathroom. Cabinet doors hanging and won’t close all the way. I’ve said enough. I expect more from the Hilton.

Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel.
