Bueno pero mejorable
En general está bien, sin embargo algunos pequeños detalles mejorarían la experiencia. El agua de las albercas muy fría, el colchón un poco duro, las almohadas muy delgadas, no hay toallas para piso en el baño o tapetes para no resbalar si el piso está mojado, tampoco donde colgar la ropa mojada para que escurra. Algunos de los precios del restaurante están un poco elevados para la cantidad de alimento, sin embargo el sabor es bueno. Las limonadas buenas, el agua de horchata demasiado dulce. Las llaves de la habitación no funcionaban bien, había que intentar muchas veces para que abrieran. El área del jardín es grande y los niños pueden correr. Unos columpios quedarían excelente. El lugar está limpio, bien conservado y la habitación es grande. Regresaría si el agua de la alberca estuviera al menos tibia. Saludos.

Nos gustó que cuenta con dos albercas, lo que permitía poder estar solos con mis hijos pequeños. Las recámaras son amplias y con agradable ambiente.
Sus jardines son hermosos y están limpios y cuidados.
Hace falta un canal infantil, deberían considerarlo por ser un hotel familiar.
El servicio de restaurante es caro, podría tener precios más accesibles para que no busquemos otras opciones fuera.

Excelente lugar de relajación, el personal un poco despistado en atención, limpieza bien, sin problema, pero me pareció muy mal servicio ya que no había servicio de cocina alimentos ni servicio a la habitación, nisiquiera bebidas para disfrutar la estancia en la alberca. De ahí en fuera todo bien.
