「A little scratching on some doors and walls but this motel was so charming! Extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the mornings made things so easy. The family suite was perfect for us」

「The rooms are all very good. However, breakfast is charged separately and is of very poor quality, not matching the price they ask for. 」

「Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.」

「Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!」

「Really nice country Inn. I really liked the room and the large bathroom. There were nice little treats in the room and a coffee maker as well as a fridge. The room was clean. The only reason, I didn't give it a 5 is that there was no front desk and pillows were so thick that I had a difficult time sleeping.」

「Accomodatie heet nu econolodge. Quaity inn was hiervoor. Dit was niet gecommuniceerd maar gelukkig wel onze boeking overgenomen. Verder goede complete kamers en op verzoek schoonmaak. Nadeel waren de dunne muren en houten plafonddelen; erg gehorig. Daarbij buren om 03.00 terug en luidruchtig en bovenburen om 05.30 al aan het rennen. Verder goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en prima centrale ligging.」

「The “blanket” on the bed was just a sheet. My room only had 1 pillow for the bed. There was no do not disturb sign. I work overnights and was worried housekeeping was going to interrupt my sleeping. Every time I left my room, my room keys were de-magnetized; even if I went down the hall. I kept my room keys separated and not near anything but literally had to go to the office multiple times a day to get my keys to work. The room numbers were not easy to figure out and all over the place. Signage...
