"Poor room. Old, clean is ok when we get in but housekeeping service is bad. They did not clean the room even after 8 days and after telling them many times. "

"This is not a four star property, at least based on comparables. Four star is usually Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton. The property and grounds at this resort may rise to four star, but the rooms, buildings, housekeeping do not. Having said that, in this part of California there are not many nicer hotels, but this is an older property that could use some work, at least where I was in the 6000’s. The common areas were very tired, poor lighting, stained carpeting. The rooms themselves were ok, minimalist and functional. The property doesn’t make a great first impression."
