I’ve stayed at Indura Resorts and Telamar before and Ensenada Resort is by far the best option, specially for families. Service was amazing, property well maintained, security and amenities are really good. A little more dining options will be great.

I loved their pool and how easy to close to the beach. Loved their pool bar. Staff was very friendly. Cons- they need more food variations, they had the same kind of chicken for lunch and dinner the day we were there. Also they bathroom in the rooms needs to be updated, water wasn’t coming out early in the morning so could t shower and the toilet wasn’t working. I also wished they had a blender at their bars so they could do frozen drinks

La única cosa que no me gustó de la ensenada es que no hay mucha variedad de comida para niños. Pienso que debería tener un menú para niños.

Todo es casi perfecto, a diferencia de el staff, que es un poco rudo! Pero de lo contrario muy recomendado!

Everything was fine can’t really complain much. Only complaints are cleaning does need to be more thorough. Seems as if they only spot cleaned before we arrived. The water was always dirty however. Not sure if it was because it was raining but anytime we opened the faucet and no matter how long we left it running, water was dirty. Food was not 10/10 but it was good.

Excellent hotel and accommodations. The food was very good but could use a little more variety from day to day. The room we were in was excellent. The fridge was working when we arrived, but someone promptly came and fixed it. There is only one location near the beach for towel pickup/drop off if you are using theirs which isn't convenient if you want to go in the smaller pool

A repeat for me
I would recommend this place. It’s located at one of the best beaches in Tela. Jairo, one of the waiters was very attentive with a very friendly smile. The place is big so you don’t feel crowded at all. The dock is a plus to see the sunsets.

Me gusto el entretenimiento e instalaciones. Pero no me gusto la seguridad se metieron a nuestro cuarto por una ventana rompieron cosas personales vomitaron en nuestra cama y ropa y el hotel no podia hacer nada. Y entraron por una ventana forzada ya que la persona intento entrar por la puerta la rompio pero no logro entrar y forzo la ventana y entro esto por mas de 1 hora y media en nuestro cuarto mientras y y mi familia cenabamos. No se hicieron responsables de nuestros daños materiales y emocionales. Son un desastre como seguridad no tienen ni camaras nada.

This place was great. We did have a little trouble checking in, make sure everyone has and ID, even for underage children. They required an ID number or birth certificate. We almost didn't get in because this is a requirement. I dont think it's detailed in the Resort listing so just a heads Unfortunately, I did get food poisoning from dinner and was terrible sick all night. Its my fault because I saw the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The beach wasnt clear as the images, the rains in Honduras during this time of year pushes debris and dirt from other bodies of water, so that was upsetting. But despite all of these setbacks, I would give this resort a second try. The music and atmosphere were a fun experience. Staff was really kind and patient.

Hi Dear Kimberly, it was a pleasure to have it in this amazing tropic. We have always required a document for every children. Is an internal policy for the protection of minors. We are very sorry about what happener with the food. Did you request help whit a supervisor?The beach wasnt clean beacause we are in reany seasons and is an external factor that we can NOT control. We invite you to visit us in the months between March to August. We are sure that your will be in love with our beach. Hope to see you soon here!

Everything was really great except for the music at the bar is really loud and it was difficult to sleep at night syart from 8 am to almost 2 am. I really found difficult to be relax with the loud music. The music should stop at midnight but it didn't. The resort is really nice and food is good. Recommended it and staff si friendly and always helpful.

Enjoyed our stay - the buffet should have heat lamps as the food was barely warm and very little desserts - everything else was perfect
