I’m really pleased for my 18 days stay. The staff was so nice eapecially Suzy and Lior.. They made sure my stay in the hotel is comfortable as is to be. I’m coming back next year and Spat Studio is gonna be my hotel again

Ridiculous!
For check in:
We arrived the apartment at mid-night and there is no reception at the hotel; luckily Spat leaves a whatsapp contact, but the staff did not understand English that makes us felt shocked. After few attempts, we had to go to another Spat hotel which is 15 mins away from Spat Studio Apartment by walk to process the check in procedures and then return to the Spat Studio Apartment. And one point we don’t understand is the staff said we did not pay for the room, and request us to pay ard NIS250. (What’s wrong?)
For the room:
It seems no one has cleaned the room. And the shower is not easy to control.
For the areas nearby:
Nothing special.
Overall, we think the check-in arrangement and the cleanliness of the room need to be much improved.

Location is perfect, However the owner of property made terrible during confirming my reservation, He didnt have any idea that his property is on Expedia website so he didn’t confirm my reservation when I called him, which cost me half our international call from my self phone , in addition the delay and the frustration.

Cosy and fair price.
This studio is cosy and clean.
The check-in is fast due to the password at the door.
There are a shared kitchen (for two studios).
There is no acess for wheelchair, only by stairs.
The location is next to bauhaus gardens.
There is no parking in the house, but you can park (with some pacience) in the street.

Hier waren wir vorher schon zwei Nächte lang. Das gewünschte Zimmer war nicht mehr verfügbar. Dieses war leider nicht so wie erwartet. Wies deutliche defekte auf. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Kloobrille defekt, Zimmer benötigt einen neuen Anstrich,deutlich abgewohnter als bei unserem ersten Besuch bei Ankunft.
Fazit: Zimmer sind in einem unterschiedlichen Zustand, einige könnten renoviert werden. Und wie auf dem Bild hatten wir bei 3 Nächten keines.
Wir kommen nicht nochmal dorthin

Unser erstes Aparment in Israel.
Lange keine Rückmeldung erhalten bzgl der gewünschten Terminvereinbarung vor Ort.
Vor Ort Anruf beim Vermieter, dann ging`s zügig, jedoch lustlos beim Check-Inn.
Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 8, das war relativ neu renoviert. Geräuse innerhalb des Gebäudes waren hörbar, von aussen so gut wie nix.
Soweit waren wir zufrieden und wollten noch eine Nacht länger bleiben, auf Anfrage war uns dies nicht möglich-nix sei mehr frei-dann nochmals über Internet gebucht, so konnten wir noch eine Nacht länger bleiben

Nice place. Terrible plumbing.
Everything was great except for the washroom. Water did not drain from the tub which was disgusting. I called for someone to fix it, a young man came but couldn’t fix the problem. He said I wasn’t the first to complain about this issue. The girl at check in was amazing.

Quarto muito bom e espaçoso.
Quarto espaçoso, clean e confortavel. Localização boa apenas se tiver carro. Tivemos dificuldades de achar o local e depois a recepção. Faltam utensilios de cozinha basicos. Em geral recomendo para quem viaja de carro e procura quarto bom e econômico.
