Great Hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv.

NYX Tel Aviv is our favorite place to stay in Tel Aviv. We love the location, easy access right off the highway, free or pango parking on the street readily available. The staff at the hotel are great. They are very welcoming and provide a first class experience. The only negative is sometimes the prices are high. Leonardo Advantage Club site while it should be cheaper for members is in fact much more expensive than booking through hotels.com. That's why we booked it this way. We look forward to future stays.

I had a very bad room. (1) TV didn't work and I had to call them twice. (2) The Toilet flush was very fragile and it broke the 2nd day I was in room. Maintenace guy came and just put it back and said it will work and they will fix it later on. (3) Room was near the intersection and was very very noisy. Requested them to change my room, lady at reception was very rude. I won't name her, but she was the only lady at reception during Jul 23-30

We went to the hotel August the 12th to find the surprise we did not nave any reservation. I has cancelled the reservation for the 25 of July and they charged me for both days US171.14 twice and then US188.64 twice with my credit card that I used to pay the insurance. I got a message from you we have got you covered cancellation is being processed, thank you for choosing us as your travel partner. You are all set, But the money is not back.. Our Insure policies are : 1247235976 June 1st. Itinerary #72315615722434. We showed this to the hotel receptionist guy land still said no reservation made in our name. Cristina Gomez, Antonio Ortiz, Fernando Gomez, Myriam Castaneda. I hope you help us,because is not fair to b4e charged without any service received from the Embassy Hotel.

Cannot recommend for business travel

The hotel and the amenities were OK. But the staff… The first thing was that I had e-mailed them the address that I needed for the invoice twice before checking out. I also spoke to the receptionist to ensure they had received it and would include it - only to find out afterwards that they had not. When I asked them to please remedy their mistake, I was informed this wasn’t possible. They ultimately found a way to include it, but only in a way that will cause issues with accounting on my end. I had also left a pair of Bose headphones on my desk in the room which I had closed. I noticed this when I got to the airport and informed the hotel immediately via mail and phone. Three days later, I was informed that ‘nothing was found’ in a tone that suggested very little ownership of the situation.

The hotel seemed a little rugged since my last visit, there was dust on all surfaces in the room and it just seemed not like up to date. People and service were nice but didn’t make up for the room
