Our third stay at Muse and another great experience. From the early check in, which was most welcome to the amazing breakfasts everything was perfect. Highly recommended hotel and thanks to Ben for making our stay so pleasant. Hotel is a block away from the best beaches and promenade. Close to Carmel, Dizengoff and most TLV attractions.

Wonderful boutique hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Coffee, different teas free in the lobby and in the room. My room was spacious and comfy, very clean with plenty of room for my luggage. Furnishing and lightening well thought through. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars all in walking distance.

Nice boutique hotel. Room was suprisingly spacious with enough hanging and shelves. Complimentary coffee, water and chocs. Shower good size, slippers and bathrobe. no amenities to speak of. Breakfast is fab! The buffet selection is great and the additional personal.order is a nice touch. Good location for the beach and buses.

This was our second time staying at Muse. Great hotel, with a perfect location. Close to all transport, a 2 min walk to the beach area and loads of dining options within a few minutes. A 15 min ealk toi Disengoff and Carmel Market. You can't get better. The hotel is small and intimate. A great breakfast is served and it has adequate amenities. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. We'd definitely recommend it and the rates were very competitive for TLV hotels

Absolutely shocking customer service. I arrived after driving from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv during missile sirens, after having to pull over twice on the highway due to interceptions. I was exhausted and stressed. Despite the fact that all my information and credit card were already in their system, the receptionist Alona refused to check me in because I couldn’t immediately locate my passport in my bag. Instead of showing basic compassion, she called her manager in Hebrew, assuming I didn’t understand, and complained about me, saying I was “מבלבלת לה במוח פה.” Then the manager Ronit told me on the phone that if I couldn’t find my passport immediately I should look for another place to stay. During a war!!! The interaction was so rude and humiliating it literally brought me to tears. Manager Dov eventually stepped in, apologized, and checked us in, but the damage was already done. Cute place. Absolutely horrific service. Stay away!
