Small rooms but clean and comfortable- and in one of the best neighborhoods in town! Overall really enjoyed the stay, and the included coffee and sandwich for breakfast across the street was quite tasty!

Very good place to stay. We liked the US army theme of the hotel. Clean and comfy. The area is amazing, if you want to feel the Tel Aviv authentic vibes this is the place.

Zentral gelegen : Metro, Gleispark, Strand, Restaurants, Bars - alles leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr besonderes Frühstückcafé mit gutem Kaffee. Gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Milch im Kühlschrank), Tee, Toaster, Mikrowave... Nette Leute fürs Checkin. Komme wieder.

We had a very pleasant stay with Florentine. The staff were professional and nice, the rooms were clean and had a good design. It was Modern and fresh and in regards if the price excellent. One recvived a card to a cafe across the street ( literally 10 meters from the hotel) were one could choose a drink and a breakfast meal that was included in the price). I would definitely reutrn.

I needed a basic clean room. Everything was new and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and refreshed my room every day. The coffee shop across the street was convenient and has great staff. The neighborhood is aged but quaint. I recommend this hostel/hotel to anyone who wants a good value and a basic place to stay. I was not disappointed with my stay at the Florentin House.

Location was superb! Lots of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops within 5-min walk. Receptionist was kind and friendly. Room wasn't big, but had enough space and was clean. The bathroom was very clean and spcaious. Felt like the room was a bit underequipped- A hairdryer or a little table with two chairs could have been a nice addition for the price we've paid(140$ VAT included). We also got a voucher for the next door Kasbah restaurant, which was very nice!!! I would definitely stay here again for that price :)

The location is not very convenient and if you have a car very difficult to park and understand the signs unless you understand Hebrew. You end up by parking in a parking lot that is nearby and they charge whatever they want. The condition of the property is poor, it needs some TLC and the bathroom has no shower head, just a hand shower. It think it is overpriced for what you get.

Cool hotel on a street with buzz

Excellent hip, fun, high-quality value for the dollar, especially if just spending one day in Tel Aviv. Florentin House's own neighborhood is interesting (nice street with eateries, with rougher streets not far away) and it is within walking distance of both Joffa, which retains some sense of older Israel, and central Tel Aviv (both Allenby Rd. and Rothchild Blvd.). There was some beat-heavy musical noise floating up from the street when falling asleep, but it was reasonably shielded by mechanized window shutters; heard some extended street-cleaning and dumpster noise early in the morning too. Very spacious room and master bath design, but wish there had been a bit more counter space and that the bare lightbulbs in the wall lanterns were a bit better shielded. Overall, this is place we would readily want to use again for another stay in Tel Aviv.

Great place in good neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Nice rooms in good shape. A lot of noice from the street and other rooms, a big downside. People shouting, garbage management, cars etc in the street.

Otroligt bra! Supersköna sängar, stort fint badrum med bra dusch. Bra mörkläggning. Extra plus för att kaffe och smörgås ingick i den trevliga baren på morgonen. Trevligt område med flera bra restauranger. Trevlig personal!

Great value in hip place

Located in the hip Florentine quarter this basic but clean and cool hotel was a great choice. It’s within walking distance from the beach, Jaffo, train/bus, or you can jump on a bus at any of the nearby bus stops. The staff was really amazing, super friendly and helpful with advice. Also a good place for solo woman travellers.
