Near Allenby in very central area

It is cosy and clean but cleaning stuff has strong smell full of room for whole day.The room is quiet but I discover at night that the door’s lock has gap between woods so can hear people walking through and talking as well.The location is easy to reach beach and lots of nice restaurants around .

This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We called Expedia to only be told “that sucks” and got hung up on when we asked for a supervisor. at 2am we were left out on the streets of a foreign country with no help. TERRIBLE and A COMPLETE SCAM

I have been asked to move to another hotel in a different location. I had the option to cancel but It was in the last min with suitcases it's not so great to look for a new place. The hotel was far, the room was small and with the awful smell. Shower needs better maintenance so it will not wet all the floor when using it.

Проживал в отеле в начале ноября, 7 ночей. Отель соответствует описанию на сайте. Встретили хорошо, несмотря на ранний утренний заезд милая девушка на рецепшене разместила быстро. Состояние отеля хорошее. Чисто. Номер убирали каждый день. В номере был холодильник, работал нормально. Отель расположен на тихой улице, недалеко от пляжа. Никакого шума в гостинице не было. Рядом улица Алленби с многочисленными остановками транспорта. В 5 минутах ходьбы продовольственные магазины. Действительно, очень удобное месторасположение. На рецепшене чай и кофе круглосуточно. В целом, отель оставил о себе приятное впечатление. Весьма рекомендую.

God beliggenhed men slidt hotel

Hotellet ligger i et rigtig godt område - tæt på strand og spisesteder. Dog er det noget slidt. Døren ind til badeværelset kan kun lukkes med et ordentlig tryk. Der er ikke varmt vand i hverken vandhanen eller bruseren og værelset er ikke specielt stort. Det bedste er helt klart beliggenheden.

Fine, but poor service at night

The stay was fine up until 5am when the fire alarm went off and stayed on for 30+ minutes. Most of the guests exited the building, standing outside like refugees, because there is no hotel staff from 11pm-7am to provide answers or a solution. Emergency numbers were listed at the office, however, nobody answered the telephone or responded on WhatsApp. Thankfully a guest was able to somehow figure out the alarm system. On the positive side, the property’s location and proximity to restaurants and the beach is fantastic and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

Comfy and well situated

A beaut little boutique type hotel. Rooms have just been renovated and beds are comfy. Although small they are very chic and modern unfortunately however no hot water in ours and hairdryer had to be sourced from reception. Central location with easy walking.

Decent hotel

Check in out of hours worked, however got woken up the following night by reception as we had been put down as a no show, despite collecting the key from the safe. Was quickly sorted but was a bit of an inconvenience. Hotel was clean and in a good location, city life is not going to be the quietest place, so be prepared for late night comings and goings, sirens etc. Despite the hiccup I would return

BEACH: 5 min walk. SHOPPING; just on the edge of Tel Aviv's oldest shopping district. FOOD: plenty of food places to choose from NIGHTLIFE: Rothschild and Nahalat Benjamin district a short walk away TRANSPORT: bus lines to all parts of the city a few minutes walk away BIKES: urban bike rental station a block away ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: None, except that communication via Whatsapp could be improved - especially when making inquiries/requests about future stays My evaluations are based on frequent, worldwide, lifelong travel experiences - from luxury to ultra-modest, for work or pleasure. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, so wie angegeben. Leider war die Regendusche kaputt aber man konnte trotzdem Duschen. Der Empfang war immer besetzt und es wurde freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Carmel Market sind perfekt.
