「Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend」

「Nice room, but the external key is tricky」

「This is an old apartment building converted into an aparthotel. No amenities on site, but the rooms are well sized and clean and there are many eateries and shops within a few minutes walk. Walking to Riga Old Town takes 15/20 minutes and public transport to anywhere is easily accessible. I had no complaints.」

「The property is well maintained, and has all the necessary facilities including a kitchen, and even washing machine. However it’s located in a basement. If you just need a place to stay at night it would be ok.」

「Good location with restaurants and shopping mall around. Breakfast with Good quality.」

「Friendly staffs Clean room Good location」

「there is no staff, only the host. It is hard to get contact with the host. The pool is not on site, hard to find it. Parking is not onsite. Hard to get in. The wardrobe is unstable, it is almost fall when open it. Dangerous for kids.」
