The location is the great close to everything right in the heart of downtown, how ever our room didn’t have a window that opened and it was tiny, no AC only a floor fan due to all that it was extremely hot inside. No elevator. But the staff was very attentive and nice.

Was incredible is just one thing the noise of the housekeeping and front desk people talking lauded I can hear everything they talking . I suggest to calling them self by walking talking . Some guess wanna to rest taking nap and this people don't have care about it. Everything else was fantastic

ON OUR STAY THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING STORES, RESTAURANTS AND EASY TRANSPORTATION. WE HAD A VIEW ROOM AND ON OUR THIRD NIGHT WE HAD TO REQUEST CHANGE OF ROOM BECAUSE EVERY NIGHT THE MUSIC WAS SO LOUD FROM THE BARS BELOW THEY HAD MUSIC TILL 2AM AND IN THE EARLY MORNING YOU COULD HEAR TRAFFIC VERY LOUD. THE STAFF RIGHT AWAY MOVED US TO THE ROOMS FARTHER FROM THE STREET AND IT MADE OUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP.

El hotel está muy bonito. Buena higiene y buen servicio. Los únicos puntos negativos son el estacionamiento pequeño y que se filtra el ruido de la calle y del bar de la lado.
