I realised after booking that I did chose a wrong dates wasnt able to cancel and the contact number on the website was being pick up by a residential address in Accra, initial dates was 19th-22nd on arriving and truing to explain them the manage wouldn't cooperate and also beczuse they said that my booking was not on theirt system they gave me a room woth no fan no aircondition, take a look at me and am fuuly covered with mosquito bites all over fully swolken. I want my refund asap
