As you drive onto the property, you’re greeted with a grandiose building with a large opening in the middle that flows to a lagoon like pool, stretching to the ocean. 「We booked the family suite, but after seeing it, and after the bad start to our stay, we left. Check in time was identified as 1pm. we arrived at 230, and were told that it wasnt ready. So, we sat for about half an hour. The family suite appeared to actually be a storage room, because it had a bunch of junk stored in it off to the side including an old mattress that wasnt being used, and a bunch of unhung paintings. 「The room and property are nice but it is absolutely the WORST internet connection- constantly disconnecting and sometimes had to sit outside my room on the porch- which I didn’t always want to do- in order to have a consistent signal. Very annoying. Breakfast buffet of $36 USD very over-priced for what it is. $20 USD would even be too much, but more reasonable. 」
