「This was my 5th visit to Treviso and my first time staying here. The location is excellent - a short walk from Piazza Signori, the Duomo and the train station. While I was alone, I stayed in the suite which has 2 large bedrooms, a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. It was extremely comfortable and there was virtually no sounds from the street. 「An excellent stay in Treviso! This room exceeded my expectations! It was clean well appointed with a very clean and accessible, shower and bathroom. I love the woodwork and the ability to look out over the square. I had a challenging time trying to find it, but the staff bent over backwards to meet me and help me find a place where I can park and stay. 「We booked a room with three single beds and it would have been fine, but the beds are so short my feet were hanging off the bottom, and I am not even full 6 ft! The furniture (Steel and canvass mostly) is very flimsy and can hardly support any weight. The toilet leaked water with every flush. Not strong on maintenance! The bathroom 」

「Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay.
