Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. 」

「yes, it is very close to the church that rings all day long. it should have no problems if you visit in winter/spring like me as you will close the window. but it may be very disturbing in summer as you need open window given that there is no air-con. very convenient to the main street and other spots .」
