"Hot bath and lavender infused sauna before an amazing breakfast was how I started each morning. Immaculate lobby and rooms- so welcoming with complimentary drink tickets, skincare, and a convenience store located within the hotel for late night snacks. It had an ATM too! Three night stay was perfect as we walked to Shiomi station, just 10 minutes ride to Tokyo Station for all our adventures. "

"Typical smallish Japanese rooms but everything was crisp and clean, included PJ's for you to use. Had humidifiers in room if you choose to fire them up. Ironing stuff too along with standard coffee maker. Bathrooms were clean and very functional with both small tub and stand up shower. Breakfast was included for extra $$. Buffet style so many, many choices to make you happy with that. Location was great with easy, under 5 min walk to subway, depending on which subway line you wanted. Tons of restaurants and of course, 7/11 stores everywhere. Tokyo commercial fish market has relocated, but there is still a wonderful left behind area that is only a 15 min walk away - well worth going to."

"Booked a Superior, 2 beds. You get what you pay for. Most hotels around the Ginza area are pricey. This hotel was reasonably priced, but did not have the quality I was looking for. However, given the price it is a good a hotel. Pillows were not comfortable, towels were thin and there were not enough hooks to hang the towels. They do have a clothes line in the shower if needed as they have a washer/dryer in the room. I wasn't a fan of the entrance area being part of the bathroom. Essentially stepping out of the shower into the area where the outdoor shoes have been. You need to request for towel change and your garbage emptied if they are not doing the full service. Cleaning service is every other day. Other than that the hotel has what you need like a microwave, washer/dryer and a fridge with a freezer. Public bath available and refreshment floor with coffee. Check-in was quick if you do the QR code in advance. Staff was always readily available at the front desk and very friendly."

"The hotel is a good quiet area for family-oriented travelers. Staff is very accommodating to requests, even with a language barrier. Room is spotless, and well-kept, though room services request must be made each day to get trash picked up. Would recommend, and we look forward to staying here on our next visit to Tokyo."

"Only endearing quality is that as you step out you’re right in the Tsukiji outer market. But really , how often do you want to be there? Close to trains though , good coffee / breakfast places , restaurants , shopping specifically in the Ginza area. “ Free breakfast “ is a joke. You’re given 800 yen vouchers for each person per day of stay. Limited in house options . Good for a small toast , cup of coffee and a hard boiled egg at Hoshino coffee. Place is old , small rooms and there is a distinct smell in the hallway and room ( second hand smoke). Floor is non smoking but there is a small smoking area on the ist floor and I bet this is where the smell is coming from( smoke is seeping through the floors). You also get either limited housekeeping ( Change towels and replace the garbage ) or just change towels . Price is high for what you get. Decent choice but there’s better options "
