「They need to stepped up the buffet breakfast to more varieties of international cuisine. There’s very less options and seems like the food tastes needs more quality checking in advanced. There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time. The quality is not quite to what we(from outside the country) is accustomed to in a hotel foods normally served in international hotels. They need considerably place at least labels of what the foods are made of considering...

「Cleanliness」

「Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry」

「Friendly hosts and clean place to stay. Sauna became a storage unit but still, a quiet place to recharge and retreat from all the exploring.」

「We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.」

「Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price.」

「Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.」

「Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options. Also I loved the location which was so conveniently located close to SM mall, secret garden restaurant which is right opposite the hotel and had great food/cute seating. The...
