「Peaceful, relaxing, charming. 」

「This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. Having said here are are some things that weren’t ideal. 1. It seemed that they had mopped the floors of the rooms using some disinfectants without following up by mopping...

「The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good.」

「Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.」

「The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...
