「This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. 」

「The only thing I was disappointed that the room provided ( 1 extra double bed) is different from the room I booked (2 standard double bed).」

「6人公寓有2間臥室、1衛浴、1廁所、客廳(1張單人床)和廚房，客廳寬敞，廚房和浴室設備/備品齊全，環境乾淨且安靜。check in時男屋主提供2瓶鮮奶，並熱心導覽公共設施(溫水泳池、熱按摩池、溫泉泡湯池、付費洗衣&烘衣)。煮飯前和櫃台確認廚房提供的是洗碗精還是油時，櫃檯告知是洗碗精外，還貼心主動詢問是否需要油。整體設備和服務態度都優於預期，非常推薦家庭出遊帶上泳衣入住!」

「Overall very good and staff was helpful and offer us early check in. Only got inquired was the hotel swimming pool seem offer peoples in public. I saw so many persons seem not stay in hotel but still can use the swimming pool. If so i think this is the only think we dont like. Thanks 」

「Very clean room, visible that the room is recently refurbished. Easy walking distance to food street, free parking. This accomodation is value for money and would recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in Rotorua.」

「The place was much older than the photos made it look. Yes it was a design house at some time in the past, but now it looks old and shows its age. The location is also hard to gwt to due to where it is on a busy road. It was not particularly close to the lake or park as the description made it sound. Having said that, the house is maintained well but cannot hide its age. 」
