Clean , well appointed accomodation. Food service was good. Only downsides were our unit was close to the main road with heavy truck movements. Would be nice to have some more wine selection. Would stay there again

Stayed for one night at Panorama. Had all the facilities we required. We had dinner and drinks at the onsite restaurant which was lovely. Unfortunately the WiFi would only connect in the restaurant and not in our room - so may need a booster or something for this to connect in the rooms

This is an older style property, decoration etc etc dated but that’s part of its charm. Rooms are extremely clean . The restaurant offers a range of food options including a bar area . Staff are excellent.A few minutes drive from the Main Street of Te Kuiti .

The unit was worn and in need of refurbishments. Bed was comfortable with a great view but the room was stuffy and hot with only 2 small high windows and a smaller fan to provide airflow. The drive way was rough with tight windy bends. Would I stay there again...no.

This was a very pleasant place to stay! Very convenient with its Restaurant and breakfast available. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The only tricky bit was the bathroom. A very tiny handbasin which was very difficult to use without getting water all over the floor and the shower regulator was awkward because it was very old and when turning it the labels didn’t match the heat and cold! Had to be very careful.

Panoramic views from room. Well equipped room but all quite dated. Shower head is very low and had to bend down to shower properly. Might be a more significant problem for taller guests. However, noted that refurbishment of some rooms was taking place during our stay. Close to Waitomo caves was a plus. Overall a good overnight stop.
