Alright for a single night(Only for a budget trip)

A one-night stay at the hotel was manageable. The room was clean and tidy. However upon entering the hotel, the receptionist was on Facebook and didn't look interested in answering questions related to taxi services and how to get to the airport. While check out, the (different) staff were friendly and helpful.

war ok, habe ich mein Ziel erreicht nur beim abpflüg nach Hamburg musste ich 70€ für meine gepackt beim ( LOT )noch wieder bezahlen und ich weiß es nicht wieso? weil ich Ticket mit gepakcht hosten 23kg gepackt hin und zurück gekauft!!!, obwohl habe ich gauner gepackt mit 20kg! das zusittliche Zahlung hat mich genervt.

It's a hostel, not a boutique hotel

Honestly, I have no idea how they call themselves a Boutique Hotel, when in reality they're a hostel. This is bad because it's misleading. Beginning with the good things: their pillows and mattresses are comfortable, and their towels are good quality. They also stuck to their stated policy of offering free airport transfer for visitors staying three or more nights, but I had also read that they offer a free bottle of wine to the same visitors, and I didn't get my bottle of wine. Could it be because I'm a Muslim? Possibly, but that's not a good reason; they can't make such decisions on my behalf. Their reception team is also mixed; Wano is simply brilliant, in that he speaks good English, is friendly, and takes his time to explain things to you. Ali is terrible, in that he's pretentious, rude, and irresponsive. They placed me in Room 3, which I think should simply be disused as a room, because it is right at the entrance, even before the reception desk, and overlooks the terrasse. This means that I would wake up everyday to people checking in and checking out, had little auditory privacy, and had to have my curtains shut at all time. Sound insulation is not catastrophic, but it is substandard. Of course, I asked to be moved elsewhere and was promised so, and then they reneged on that. Their Wifi service fluctuates, and their buffet is basic. They have only about three or four pouring spoons for the entire buffet, which is at once impractical and unhygienic.

Nice, familiar, helpful friendly people, close to market, metro, little shops, the beautiful new orthodox cathedral. In an area of still "normal" life in Tbilisi.

Fajny hotelik, ale w środku trochę głośno.

Fajny hotelik, czysto, dobre śniadania. Okolica może nienajładniejsza, ale za to można obejrzeć trochę prawdziwego życia mieszkańców, sklepiki, mały targ, itp. Wi-fi w porządku, chociaż zdarzało się, że coś rozłączało. Blisko do stacji metra. Jedynym problemem była duża "nieszczelność" drzwi od pokoju. Przez co ciężko się było wyspać, bo gdy ktoś wyjeżdżał wcześnie rano, lub wracał w nocy, to wszystko było strasznie słychać. poza tym w porządku.

Burada çalışan personel güler yüzlü ve yardimsever. Kahvaltilari çok zayıf ama burada çalışan orta yaşlı mutfak elemanı çok mükemmel bir insan. Bu nedenle de otele fazla kızamadim.

Reception staff is great with their help!

I have arrived to the hotel earlier due to flight schedule and George who were greeting me arranged everything to accommodate me when the hotel was fully booked. I am very impressed with his outstanding hospitality skills and kind personality.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Top service, especially very professional staff at the reception and breakfast served by friendly Ela was amazing 10 out of 10! Maybe the location of the hotel is not so central, but people working there definitely make it worth choosing it for your stay. We would definitely return to this hotel during our next visit to Tbilisi.

Хороший небольшой отель в дали от шумной улицы

Небольшой отель с чистыми номерами и отзывчивым персоналом, расположенный 300 метрах от метро Авлабари. Все основные достопримечательности Тбилиси в пешей доступности. Но, к сожалению, есть 2 минуса, о которых умолчать нельзя: 1. Слышимость. Беруши вам в помощь. 2. Интернет. Сеть Wi-Fi есть, но сам интернет постоянно пропадает, поэтому поговорить по Skype, WhatsApp и посмотреть ролики по Youtube перед сном не удастся. Если это вас не пугает, то смело бронируйте номер.

4 nights stay, the room as spacious and comfortable, but found the hotel not to be great if you are a light sleeper as there is no soundproofing and sounds echo up the stairwell, sometimes quite loud. Breakfast was plentiful and the lady who hosts is wonderful. The hotel is close to the metro so very convenient. One aspect I found cheeky is the hotel was asking guests to provide incognito access for themselves to rate the hotel a 10/10!!

You can do better

Indifferent staff more interested in staring at their computer screens than greeting anyone or helping them. We stayed here twice (booked in advance, should have changed it for another hotel the second time, but really didn't want to bother). The first time they got our room right at least (two beds, not one) the second time (three days later) they got it wrong and gave us single, king bed, then seemed weirded out when we wanted to change, and ended up giving us the smokey, noisy room nearest the reception, which was the only one they had left, since they had screwed up our reservation. The breakfast is about 1/2 unappetizing Russian salads nobody wants to eat for breakfast, instant coffee, hard boiled eggs and whatever else is easy for them. These guys just aren't trying very hard to be good hosts. I won't stay here again.

Located not far from city center (10 minutes walk) in the quiet area. There is no elevator, 3 floors. No lobby area - just very small reception and stairs right behind. The room was quite cozy and big enough, but it seemed not very clean, there was hair in the bathroom and the towels had stains. The bed was very comfortable. A smell in the bathroom and barking dogs in the morning that we could hear clearly were a bit annoying. It was OK for the money we paid for it, but I can't recommend this hotel and will hardly come back myself.

Außen Buh, innen Huh

Auf Grund anderer Rezessionen hatten wir uns entschlossen, für gleich neun Nächte ein Doppelzimmer zu buchen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die nächtliche Fahrt zum Hotel war am Anfang etwas irritierend, da das Hotel in einer Nebengasse liegt, welche im Navi nicht aufgezeigt wurde. Auch die Umgebung ist mitten in der Nacht nicht besonders einladend- was wir zuvor schon gehört hatten. Demensprechend waren wir sehr froh, als uns das Tor zum Innenhof geöffnet wurde. Denn das gesamte Hotel ist sehr freundlich und sauber, die Zimmer modern und das typisch georgische Frühstück mehr als ausreichend und abwechselnd. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt und die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In wenigen Minuten ist man entweder bei der U-Bahn-Station Avlabari oder in der bezaubernden Altstadt.

Updated hotel away in a real neighbourhood

I found this hotel to be great-especially the staff. I am a 64-year old Canadian woman, traveling alone, so the staff were so helpful and warm(especially Katie, who made me an omelette every morning). I don't like staying in big chain hotels, and found this 10 room hotel to be great. The only negative is the first floor room opposite the check-in desk. The first night there was noisy, so when I asked to be moved, they put me upstairs, and it was perfect. The rooms are spotless, renovated with great bathrooms-not huge, but.... it is a 15 minute walk from Freedom Square through a fascinating old neighborhood. I felt completely safe at all times. I read some reviews complaining about a card offering a discount for a perfect review. I did not ask for or get a discount so am NOT completing this to get a discount, so my review is honestly what I think. Great value for the money.(also free pick-up from airport for longer stays)
