Not order from hotels.com

Eng: Hotel rejected our reservation. Owner/reception sad that they not working with Hotels.com/Expedia for 8 month. They do not know why hotels.com continue to rent their rooms. They propose room for double price of our order. Russ: Отель не признал наш заказ. Отель заявил что не работает с Hotels.com/Expedia и понятия не имеют почему hotels.com продолжает сдавать ихние комнаты. Заказанная нами комната свободна, но цена в два раза выше, чем в нашем заказе. Странно и то, что наш гид позвонил с утра в гостиницу, и отель подтвердил что видит наш заказ.

Horrible place! Horrible owner.

The owner of the hotel is a cheater. On arrival he said he doesn't cooperate with hotels.com. He ask us to pay more for the room which was already paid and confirmed. He refused to give us the key and he said he doesn't want us as guests. He was rude and used coarse language when we said we paid and we showed him the reservation. Finally he refused to give us money back. We were forced to look for another hotel. We definitely dissuade this hotel. The owner is a true sucker.

Small place near the sites

I had a little trouble finding it - I wish websites gave clear directions to places. It's a modest hotel close to some of the sites of the Old City, including plenty of dining and shopping. Not much English is spoken, but the place is pleasantly welcoming. Part of the neighborhood seems rather rundown, but not dangerous.

Hotel king Edward Tbilissi

Accueil chaleureux et tres sympathique. Le directeur de l hotel et le personnel font tout pour faciliter et rendre agreable votre sejour. Tres bien situe a cinq minutes du metro et a quinze minutes a pied des meilleurs restos du centre ville.
