Perfect hotel for exploring Tbilisi. Around a twenty minute walk away to the old town area. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful with some small knowledge of English. Rooms are spotless, powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Rooms have a kettle and fridge. No beverage sachets but there is a convenience store very close by. The hotel is on main highway but the insulation is good so the rooms are quiet and have very effective air conditioning. 100% recommend.

I booked luxury room , when I got there staff said they accidentally doubled book and our room was no longer available. At the very least I felt they should have notified me prior to getting! To accommodate us they gave us 2 standard rooms in place of the luxury room, one of which the shower had terrible drainage. They advertised free wifi which only worked in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and staff was somewhat friendly and pretty clean.

It’s best for transport, 2mins from Metro station, bus stop from airport directly is in front of the hotel. Staff is nice, quiet at night. Perfect stay at Tbilisi

Expedia confirmed my stay. When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were booked and that my reservation was canceled.... Thank God for the young woman at the Reception who helped me arrange an alternative stay nearby. Not sure whose fault it was - Expedia's or hotel's, but it was a little unnerving to arrive and not have a room.

The staff here were incredibly useful and helpful, going out of their way to aid me in any way they could. I was allowed to check in at 4:30 in the morning and was given a transport pass to get around on the local buses. Couldn't praise them enough
