Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.

Very close to the main road and very clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel prepared lunchbox for 6 persons as we departed earlier than the opening time of restaurant in the morning.

What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was a pleasure. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring my comfort.

From the time of booking the front desk staff in particular Mary, were very helpful in answering any questions and helping us rearrange our transfers when our flight was delayed. The room was in good repair and had a balcony, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and a safe. The quality of the bathroom toiletries was good and the location of the hotel was convenient for walking or taking the underground or bus. Note the hotel is on the lower half of a steep hill, so might not be for those that have difficulty walking unaided or who easily get short of breath. The breakfast spread was fresh and diverse. Coffee lovers please note decaf coffee is provided in the room and at breakfast and ground coffee is available at an extra cost.

Great hotel and team!

The hotel is very well located, it is a beautiful and sophisticated building with a wonderful, kind and always available team. Breakfast is good with different and authentic menu. I missed fruit's plates/slices and cereals options but nothing that impacted my whole experience.

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Tbilis. Walked everywhere except for getting to the airport. The hotel team organised a transfer which was better than taxi. That said the hotel is located hillside hence it is going up quite a bit. Very good breakfast, quiet and everybody was genuinely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
