"Roof was leaking from the 2nd floor air conditioning unit it soaked the bed. A staff had to put a rag to absorb the moisture. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Hotel staff are friendly especially the young lady in the front office, Ruth."

"The sea view was lovely. The housekeeper and bar tenders were really friendly and helpful. Although the girls in the reception were very rude and making comments on my British accent in their language, every time we went past the reception giggling away,in the present of the manger. The breakfast was so boring some old scrambled egg, dry fish, bread, banana and pineapple. "

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The family bungalow was cute. It would’ve been helpful to have some wall hooks for hanging wet items and more counter space for our personal things. The food was fabulous! The staff were amazing! The location in Corong Corong was perfect as it was a short ride from town and we were picked up close by for our boat tours with APE TOURS. 😊"

"The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing. "

"The pool was under maintenance. Tiles were already chipping according to the staff, but Lime Resort has the best and amazing view. "

"It wasn't an issue about the room being clean, it was an issue about the elevator smelling like mold, and the room smelling like mold. They really need to turn the fans on and air out the rooms before people arrive. We had five people total, and three of them got a headache from the mold. This is not a healthy living environment. Nonetheless, at no fault to the staff, it was a decent stay with great beds, but that mold really needs to be remediated."

"I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff. "
