「住宿環境還可以 服務人員算和善 但是地理位置真的比較偏僻 加上餐廳住宿人數很少所以餐廳要什麼沒什麼 第一天晚上到在餐廳用餐 海鮮也不新鮮 所以兒子第一天就吃壞肚子 發燒了兩天 建議有幼兒在飲食部分要多注意 也不要用生水刷牙」

The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. 」

「All'arrivo ci viene detto che delle due camere prenotate da mesi ne era disponibile solo una. L'altra coppia viene dirottata presso un'altra struttura vicina di livello e prezzo un pò inferiore. Nessuna possibilità di usufruire dell'assistenza da Expedia, disponibile solo un inutile bot automatico che alla fine invitava a chiamare un numero di Milano disponibile solo in alcune ore del giorno.
